I was hesitant about learning online because I had never done it before but with the FNE program I couldn’t wait for my next class, I was highly motivated and getting my assignments done even with English as my second language.
My favorite part of the program was the Fitness Module because I didn’t know anything about that topic and I learned so much I can’t even believe it. When I applied the theory in my co-ops and practicals I was blown away about how good was the program and all the transitions. I loved the FNE program! I am building a fitness & health coaching business for women 40+.
I chose fit chicks because it encompasses fitness, nutrition, wellness and business, which many of the programs do not include in their programming. I also love that it is geared towards women and women empowerment.
It is very accessible for anyone to take due to it being online and the support from the coaches was the best experience I had with online training. I joined the Fitness & Nutrition Expert program because I was looking for a change in my life and my career. I just had my second baby and felt more disconnected from my body, my mind and my community than ever. I had all these new amazing but overwhelming things happening and lost myself for a little bit.
